About the Role

As the Webb Architect, your mission is simple: grow YEX.
You’ll be the one spotting potential partners, reaching out with purpose, and opening doors to real collaborations — schools, companies, sponsors, and more.

What You'll Actually Do

• Research and list down potential partners (local & international schools, youth orgs, brands, etc).
  
• Create simple decks, proposals, or email templates for outreach.
  
• Reach out to leads via email, DM, or calls (yep, we’ll guide you on this).
  
• Help manage our database of contacts — keeping it organized and up-to-date.
  
• Join partnership meetings with or without the Founder — present, follow up, make a deal.
• Brainstorm new ways to grow YEX through partnerships, collabs, or campus activities.
  
• Support in building YEX’s reputation through smart and strategic connections.

What We’re Looking For

• You love networking and talking to new people (online or offline).
  
  
• Good communicator in both Bahasa and English (especially written).
  
  
• Basic understanding of business, marketing, or public relations is a plus.
  
  
• Organized and confident — you follow through on tasks.
  
  
• Can think creatively when pitching or writing emails (no boring copy-paste).
  
  
• Available for 4–6 months (remote + some Bali-based meetups if needed).
  
  
• Bonus: experience in sales, outreach, or school/organization networking.
