About the Role

You don’t just scroll — you study. You know the difference between content that blends in and content that blows up.
As our Vibe Alchemist, you’ll turn YEX’s mission into magnetic visuals, captions, and campaigns that actually get engagement.
From Gen Z-friendly reels to soul-hitting carousels — this is your playground.
You'll work directly with the Founder and Brand Team to grow our presence and build a community that feels something when they see YEX online.

What You'll Actually Do

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram (mostly), Facebook (ig extended), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  
• Write captions that connect — human, fresh, inspiring, sometimes funny, always on-brand.
  
• Brainstorm content ideas that fit the YEX vibe and goals (from leadership to culture to behind-the-scenes).
  
• Help manage the content calendar and track performance.
  
• Coordinate with designers, or DIY visuals in Canva if needed.
  
• Respond to DMs, comments, and help build a two-way connection with our community.
• Stay updated on trends and adapt them to fit YEX’s message.

What We’re Looking For

• You get social — what works, what doesn’t, and what makes people stop scrolling.
  
• Strong copywriting skills — your words feel natural, not robotic.
  
• Canva-friendly (or willing to learn fast), plus basic design sense.
  
• Eye for trends — not just to follow, but to translate them into our own style.
  
• Reliable with deadlines. You can plan ahead and execute smoothly.
  
• Strategic thinking — you know content isn’t just “nice,” it should drive something.
  
• Commitment for 4–6 months (remote, async, occasional meetings).
  
• Bonus: comfortable on camera or editing short videos (Reels, Stories).
