About the Role

As The Spark Maker, you’ll be the pulse of the YEX community — creating meaningful engagement with our members, alumni, collaborators, and potential participants.
You're not just managing a community; you're igniting it.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build strong connections with our interns, alumni, speakers, and community members.
  
  
• Organize small engagement moments (games, polls, reminders, check-ins).
  
  
• Help plan and manage internal bonding events — even if they're virtual.
  
  
• Support participant outreach and communication before & during Ignite Camp.
  
  
• Collaborate with the Vibe Alchemist and Webb Architect to align community and content.
  
  
• Respond to DMs, comments, and keep our energy alive online and offline.

• Track community feedback and vibe — then translate it into actionable insight.

What We’re Looking For

• Natural people-person — warm, approachable, and empathetic.
  
• Great communicator in Bahasa & English (friendly, clear, and human).
  
• Creative in finding fun ways to engage and unite a group.
  
• Organized with good follow-up habits.
  
• Confident in both online and offline community management.
  
• Available for 4–6 months (remote with some Bali-based activities).
  
• Bonus: experience with Discord, Telegram, or community platforms is a plus.
