As the Soul Gardener, your job is to create a healthy, happy, and thriving environment for all interns and team members — because great things only grow in good soil.

What You'll Actually Do

• Support the onboarding process for new interns and volunteers.
  
• Help plan regular check-ins and feedback cycles.
  
• Track team attendance, performance progress, and basic HR documentation.
  
• Organize wellness initiatives or bonding moments to support team energy.
  
• Be a trusted ear for the team — helping mediate small issues or conflicts if needed.
  
• Collaborate with the Master of Momentum to create a smooth internal system.
• Help create a strong, values-driven, positive team culture at YEX.

What We’re Looking For

• Empathetic, warm, and trustworthy — people feel safe with you.
  
• Good communication skills in Bahasa & English.
  
• Organized and reliable with follow-ups and documentation.
  
• Interested in psychology, HR, education, or anything people-related.
  
• Comfortable handling sensitive info with maturity.
  
• 4–6 months commitment, remote work with optional Bali-based events.
  
• Bonus: experience in class leadership, HR, peer counseling, or team support roles.
