About the Role

You’re the type who spots a big name on a building and instantly thinks, “They could sponsor us.”
You’re curious, bold, and unafraid to ask — because you know big things happen when you just ask right.
As the Pathfinder Scout, your mission is to track down sponsorship opportunities and help us connect with the right allies — the brands, the businesses, and the believers.

What You'll Actually Do

• Research companies, brands, and institutions that align with YEX values.
  
  
• Build and manage a database of sponsorship leads in Bali (and beyond).
  
  
• Draft outreach messages, proposals, and decks (we’ll guide you, no worries).
  
  
• Help in sending cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or even DMs.
  
  
• Support the Founder in sponsorship meetings — taking notes, following up.
  
  
• Track responses and keep things organized so no lead goes cold.
  
  
• Brainstorm fresh ideas on what YEX can offer sponsors in return.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• You’re bold and strategic — not afraid to reach out or pitch ideas.
  
  
• Good writing skills in both Bahasa and English.
  
  
• Organized with tracking — you know how to keep a CRM or spreadsheet alive.
  
  
• Curious mindset — you love digging deep and asking smart questions.
  
  
• Interested in marketing, branding, PR, or biz dev? Even better.
  
  
• Commitment for 4–6 months (remote, flexible, Bali-based networking when possible).
  
  
• Bonus: previous experience in sponsorships, sales, or partnership hunting.
