As The Lighthouse, you guide YEX’s decisions by shining the light of information: about our audience, competitors, trends, and growth potential.

What You'll Actually Do

• Research youth trends, leadership topics, and market needs in Indonesia & globally.
  
• Build a competitor analysis for similar camps, programs, and youth orgs.
  
• Collect and organize participant data, feedback, and behavior insights.
  
• Support the team with quick, reliable information to make bold decisions.
  
• Track engagement metrics across our platforms (Instagram, website, etc).
  
• Create clear reports, summaries, or infographics (we’ll guide format).
• Suggest strategic improvements based on insights you find.

What We’re Looking For

• Analytical thinker — curious, precise, and patient.
  
• Great with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs (bonus: you know a bit of Canva).
  
• Good reading and writing skills in both English and Bahasa.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a love for data (even if it’s a little nerdy).
  
• Able to summarize complex info into clear, simple ideas.
  
• 4–6 months commitment, flexible remote setup.
  
• Bonus: experience with surveys, reports, or school research projects.
